I soaked the lasagna sheets overnight in almond milk after rinsing straight from the can. I boiled in salt water for 10 minutes, but will boil longer next time. They were a little too firm for me but the taste of the final product was great.

Maybe the angel hair would be better. Very upset since I bought six packages. One bite from a dish of hearts of palm pasta and you'll undoubtedly agree, it's outstandingly delicious. Scoring this as just a regular guy walking into a TJ's store from off the street rather than a hearts of palm connoisseur, I'd give this about three stars.
